Working with one of our long-term clients we were awarded the contract for the full Cat A and Cat B fitout at this multi aware winning building at London City Island.
The project compromised of LTHW and CHW four pipe FCU’s coupled with underfloor heating and radiators throughout. Two plant rooms and a full plant assembly on the roof. We also undertook the full Public Health installation. Contract Value £500,000+.
